We can accomplish 1000 headshots in a single day with a team of four photographers or we can set up a portrait booth at a meeting and update headshots for any new employees or employees who would like to update their look.

Our Story

Most of us got our start in the photojournalism industry and as our skills grew, we expanded into the corporate event space. Corporate events give us the opportunity to photograph incredible people experiencing incredible things all over the world. It could not be a better fit for our skill set. We’ve been fortunate to travel all over the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, and Europe photographing events for multiple Fortune 500 companies, news organizations and small businesses. While the work is exciting, our passion is working with people. We do our best not just to create images of peopl, but to make them feel special, to make them look good, and to make sure they have a great experience working with us!

  • Regardless of whether we’re working for a Fortune 500 company or a local company we give our clients edited high resolution images that are ready for publication, media use, website use or for specific client needs.

  • We are happy to sign a NDA and are able to provide images via a secure password protected web page. Some clients prefer their own personalized website and this can be arranged if necessary.

  • Photos can be delivered on site with our team photo editor or post event

  • Our team works as part of your team: we do not promote ourselves at the event or program. If clients have questions, we’re more than happy to direct them to you.

  • Our attire is professional and appropriate for your event

  • We’re aware of sight lines and discuss photo locations with camera operators whenever they’re present.
