How we work:

1) Contact us so we can discuss your ideas for the event

Our extensive experience shooting a wide variety of events has taught us that each event we work is unique. We understand each client may have different photography needs or may want to emphasize a specific aspect of an event.   

We are happy to provide suggestions and planning tips based on our numerous past successful experiences. The best place to start is a planning discussion. We'll discuss a few things including general details of the event, special photography requests or points of focus, and a cover a rough outline of what we would require to meet your photography needs.

We then follow up with a detailed bid/proposal. 

2) Successful Bid - Planning for the event

As soon as we come to an agreement, we will be ready to get to work planning for your event. We'll work with your event planner/staff to ensure we're fully aware of the detailed event schedule as well as timing for specific focal points we will photograph.

We'll arrange travel, if necessary, and establish a private web page where your final images will be hosted and delivered in advance of the event. 

3) During the Event 

Our photography team is organized and professional. We pride ourselves for arriving on time and dressing and behaving professionally. At the beginning of the event our teams are in place and ready to go. Our team is fully briefed in advance on the schedule and our team leads are able to work with event planners to ensure seamless coverage if there are last minute adjustments to the schedule. 

4) After the event - Image Delivery

Timely image delivery is nearly as important as image quality.

We offer a variety of methods for image delivery along with a range of turn-around times, all tailored to fit the needs of each client. For events requiring immediate turn around on images, we offer an on-site editing service that will begin the editing process as the event day is winding down.

Delivery options include high resolution downloads available via private web gallery shortly after the conclusion of the event. Our streamlined editing process ensures professional quality adjustments and edits for every image.
